Cloth Diapering

Another reason to buy more wool...

She now likes to poop at some point in the night and then wakes up and rolls around so poop seeps out the leg and gets on her wool. I have gone through all 4 woolies! We are using B4's at night and they are a little big around the legs, but it never use to be a problem since she never pooped at night. I hope her legs chunk up or I will be back to stalking TT's.

  • Fortunately my DS has never been much of a "night-pooper," as my DH calls it. It usually only happens when he's sick, thank goodness!

I would definitely try to find a diaper that's a little tighter around the legs because I really dislike cleaning poo off wool!

  • I feel your pain. dd pooped nightly until like 8 or 9 months. she would wake up from doing it too, so then id have to get her back down. glad those days are over.

  • Oh no! Night poopers are the worst.  I hope you can find a solution.

  • Is the rise all the way up or are you still folding down?  I seem to get a better fit around the legs when I fold the rise down.  This eliminates 1 soaker though....so it might help to add in a small doubler.  DD seems to go in streaks of night pooping.  It wakes her up too.  I hate poo on wool!

It's all the way up. I was trying to avoid plumbers crack, but maybe I should try folding it down. She never use to poop at night. Ever since she turned 5 months her wild side has come out. Rolling around like crazy, babbling really loud, and pooping at night. She is still STTN though so I will take my wild child and enjoyher new ways!
