any ebay sellers on? I have a question

I ordered something on ebay and when we got it, it was wrong. So we tried to call the seller, he never responded so I opened a dispute on ebay.

Now, he tells me yesterday he's "Shipped" the items and I can go ahead and close the case but when I track it, it simply says a shipping label has been created, not picked up. I am not closing this case until I get what I ordered or my $$$ back.

Anyone have any advice?

USPS tracking is a P.O.S.  So, I'm sure he's mailed the new item, but it hasn't been updated on the tracking yet...if the label was created, that's a really good sign.  I would respond that you will close the case as soon as you receive the new item.
