This board is already paying off, because while I was browsing one of your blogs or pinterests, I came across this bread recipe:

I was excited because in addition to being allergic to wheat and eggs, I'm also allergic to rice and potato, so none of the commercially available GF breads or mixes work for me. I haven't been able to have any bread since my diagnosis.
This recipe is based on sorghum, teff, and millet. And it's fantastic.
