Swollen

I woke up this morning, and my hands and feet were swollen.  I blamed it on some salt intake yesterday, and the fact that I was on my feet all weekend running around.  I left for a work meeting, and by the time I got to the meeting, I was close to tears!  My feet are still swollen, and my ankles are now, too.  It hurts to walk...my legs feel like I've run miles.

I called the doctor, but they're out of the office until tomorrow afternoon.  I'm really hoping that increased fluid intake today will help and make this better for tomorrow.

Oh no!! I hope you can get in touch with your dr tomorrow asap.

I wonder if because it is causing you pain they will want to see you?

Make sure you rest and put your feet up in addition to upping your fluids. I hope the swelling goes down!

I hope your Dr gets back to you soon.  Maybe try calling the on call?  If you're in pain, I think it would be worth a call at least.  Try the increase in water and put your feet up.  ((Big HUGS))
