I found a decent deal on some super cute small fleece soakers, and I want to try them out, but all I hear is how they compression leak and you have to wash them too much... makes it sounds like you might as well just use a fitted and a normal pair of pants... do these really work and when do you use them on your LO? These are smalls so would they even serve a purpose since LO won't be able to walk yet wearing them?
Re: Someone sell me on fleece soakers?
well you do have to wash them frequently. i can get by using the same one all day if i rotate it every other change w/another cover. but at the end of that day it has to go in the laundry bc it gets stinky.
i didn't use fleece until maybe 8 months old, so i'm not sure how well it would work on a small baby, but my guess is that if you're changing often anyway, then you shouldn't have too much trouble w/compression leaks.
i much prefer wool to fleece though.
