What has to happen to make things like this stop?

There are laws in place so that women like this can forfeit their babies without penalty. Why, then, do people still do this?

    Makes me sick..We would take that baby and love it..We would have even paid her living expenses while pregnant. Instead we will sit on adoption list and wait...

    ugh..

    I can't believe people still do this stuff..ugh
