All your names are lovely but I think if you use Carolina with that pronunciation, your DD might spend a lot of time correcting people on how to say her name.
All names will more than likely be put with either Catherine or Elisabeth as a MN. Thoughts? sorry it's kind of long!
Rosalie
Carolina (pronounced Care-o-lee-na)
Juliet
Adela
Mara
Audra
Eva
Clara
Evangeline
Lila
I like Juliet, Clara, Lila, and Adela (but prefer Adele). I like Carolina - very, very pretty... but the only Carolina I know doesn't like her name. So that takes it down a notch for me.
I like Juliet, Adela (prefer Adele though), Carolina (although I think you'll have issues with pronunciation), and Eva. I think I'd vote for Juliet or Adela.
Re: Girls names!!
Audra

I like Adela, Mara, and Evangeline.
IMHO, if you have to tell people how you will pronounce Carolina, your DD will probably have to do the same thing all her life.
Love: Eva and Carolina
Like (a lot): Juliet, Adela, Mara, Audra, Clara
Like: Evangeline, Lila, Rosalie
Carolina Elisabeth or Eva Catherine gets my vote. Beautiful names!

I would pronounce Lie-luh I have never heard of pronouncing it Leela with the spelling I have...also it's not Maria, its Mara
I LOVE Carolina, especially pronounced this way!
I also like Rosalie, Mara and Evangeline.

My mistake, sorry. Still don't like it as much as some of your other choices.
My first experience with the spelling Lila was a girl I went to school with who said it "Lee-la." I guess this is why I always clarify.
