Of the 10 follies I had growing on Saturday, today I have 7 measurable follies. The largest is at 16, then 14, 14, 12, 12, 10, and 9. The RE said she expects about 5 of them to make it to retrieval.
This is looking a lot like my last cycle (I had 6 good follies the day of trigger and got 8 mature eggs; 5 fert) and I was really hoping for a better response with the new protocol. So I'm kind of bummed, but I'm trying to stay positive. I know we only need one.
Still waiting for the call with my E2 results and instructions for tonight. The RE said we'd likely stim for another day or two.
For those of you that used ganirelix: did you take ganirelix the day you triggered? or did you trigger the night after your last ganirelix shot?
Re: 3rd follie check :-/ and another ???
After 2+ years and multiple treatment cycles,
including an IVF vacation in Costa Rica/Panama,
IVF #2 brought us our miracle baby!
Surprise! Baby Boy is on the way!
We used Ganrilex from sd5 until the trigger. We did not use it on the night of trigger.
You're right, it only takes one! GL!
We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And HOPE does not dissappoint.

As far as the Ganirelix, I never took it the day of my trigger shot.
Good luck!
