nbr: bakery rec needed

DH's birthday is this Thursday and it's a big one.  We were originally going to have a big party later, but now we are actually celebrating ON his birthday.  So, I have until Thursday to come up with something.  Awesome.  His fave two desserts are apple pie and cheesecake, so I wanted to get little dessert bites of these two flavors.  Probably about 80 total.  We live pretty far south, but will be celebrating at The S.a.l.t. L ick in RR, so I can pick the desserts up from pretty much any location.  Any recommendations?

Also, if anyone wants to kick the holiday weekend off a day early, there will be a great band playing Thursday at the restaurant mentioned above from 6-9 (wink, wink).

Now I want cheesecake. I don't know of a bakery that makes these in dessert bites but I know that costco sells the petite cheesecakes in the freezer section. We've gotten them several times for work partys.

Quack's in Hyde Park is my favorite bakery in Austin, followed by Sweetish Hill on 6th Street (just east of Mopac), and Chez Zee by 2222 has a huge selection.

ETA: Nevermind - I thought they had cheesecake bites, but they don't.
