When did you lower LO's crib? What age or signs let you know it was time to do it? DD isn't crawling yet but can move around her crib really well. She also sometimes grabs the crib railings and pulls like she is trying to pull herself up, but can't.
The first time we lowered it (one step down) was when the boys were able to pull themselves up. The second time we lowered it (all the way down) was when Spencer climbed up and out of it and hit the floor. Nice.
If I were you, I'd probably move it down at least one step now, just to prevent anything.
We've already lowered ours twice, since Ruby moves around so much in there. It was really high when she was a newborn, as I couldn't reach very low with the c-section. So we lowered it once at about 3 months, and then again at about 5 months maybe. And we're about to lower it again (7 months), given how much higher she can push herself up.

We lowered ours this past weekend. V likes to be on all fours in the crib and we felt like she could pull up on the top rail too easily when she was on all fours. It's not that much lower but it makes a big difference how high she is in the crib now.

It was around 8 1/2 months. She couldn't walk yet, but she would pull up to stand on the side, so we lowered it all the way to the bottom (she's a tall girl).
