  • I feel the worst when Im at work too. During the weekends its not near as bad... but maybe thats because Im able to relax. I wonder if the computer does have something to do with it... I stare at this thing alll day long! Ugh!

  • I'm on a computer all day too.  Try to keep some snacks close by, I find that if I eat I don't feel as sick.  As for the dizzyness, try getting up every couple hours and take a walk outside.  My eyes are always hurting from staring at the computer screen and this helps me a lot!

  • I feel worse during the week at my computer also.  Maybe the screen does have something to do with it.  Not feeling well :/
  • I just got an anti glare screen cover from our IT dept.  I am hoping this helps!!!!
  • I feel so much worse when I'm at work too, but I'm not sure if the computer has anything to do with it or not.  I know when I'm home I can just go lay down for a bit if I start to feel bad and I don't have that option here.  :-(

(I used to have a sofa in the next office I could use but we're in the process of moving and the sofa was one of the first things that went--so no more naps for me during the workday.)

  • I am at work now and I can tell you this, my saving grace is salty chips and V-8 juice. It calms my tummy and make me feel much better!
