Clomid/Temp related question

I am on my second month of Clomid; last month I was on 50MG, and this month 25MG. My temps seem odd the last few days and I wasn't sure if Clomid can alter temps. Today was really high. Last night it was a little warm in your upstairs, so I am not sure if that may be the reason for my elevated temp today. Thanks!

Yes, I have heard that clomid can mess with your temps (one of the fun side effects is hot flashes).  My pre-IUI temps were a bit all over the board but at the same time I was able to still get CH on FF.  You can click on my link to see how wonky mine were.

Look at my last chart. It was a mess. I got the worst hot flashes, and my temps made no sense. My monitoring told me what I needed to know, so it was obvious to me that my temps were wonky. I gave up after a while, as it wasn't the pretty ovulatory chart I was hoping for. I am going to attempt to chart this cycle with Femara, so we will see...

I think that honestly, temping while being monitored is over-kill anyways. You should know all you need through monitoring. Charting is just to make you feel better.

Last cycle was my first on clomid. I did not have hot flashes or anything, but my temps after o were much higher than in an undedicated cycle. HTH
