I'm down 1.7. Well, actually, I'm down 2.6 but I'm counting yesterday's weight as my weigh-in weight and not this morning's. I'm a wee bit dehydrated (read: A LOT dehydrated) this morning so I feel like it's not accurate. Yesterday's was pretty likely accurate. I'll take the 1.7.
If I lose 1lb this week, I will be at 10 total. I think the elliptical/exercise was the key. SO back to eating more times a day AND adding in the exercise.
