I'm not a single parent... but sometimes I feel like one. FI and I fight a LOT, about everything, mostly stupid things... and it would be nice to have some people to talk to or just vent to besides the 0-3 ladies (who are nice but most are happily married, lol; although I'm sure they, too, have their ups and downs with their H's). Sooooo.... can I hang out with you ladies?

Well, are you still with your FI?  you can hang out on whatever board you want, it's a free country, but a word of advice to you: don't try to compare yourself to being a single parent when you really, honestly aren't.  It's like the women who's husbands go away on business for four days and they say "Oh I know EXACTLY what a single mom feels like now".  No, you don't, actually.

Being a single parent is one of the toughest jobs in the world, as these ladies will attest to.  One of the most difficult things about it is feeling like you are different than traditional families and not having support at 1am when the baby is crying for no apparent reason.  So coming on here for support from us because your FI is being a douche just doesn't sit very well.
