The reason I ask about what to price it for is because I listed it for $10 and I have had people offering more money since I edited as pending. Its really used, so I feel good about what I'm asking, but I was not expecting people to offer me more money.
ETA: I just hijacked your post. I'm sorry. We can start a new thread if you want. I think $10 is way too low though....I'd make it 40-50 at a minimum!
No problem! I was just asking out of curiosity since I already promised it to someone coming tomorrow from Oscoda!
I really like that rug under her kitchen table!
No, my DH did it. We are a good team in that he likes to do the rough work and I am good at the finishing details, like caulk, spackle, sanding and paint. I'm just waiting for him to do some more things in there and then it will be finished. Finally!
Are you on Pinterest? If not, you would LOVE it! I can send you an invite if you want since you need it to join.
I'm not on..send me an invite, please! (and thank you): jnel0403@yahoo.com
To clarify, I like the slipcovers she had made the second time around..not the ones she did herself (although they aren't horrible). Both are plain white but I just like ones she had made better:
Ha! Then you get to come get it and hang out in it with me! Will Audrey wear her heels when she's riding it?
Jen-
I just sent the invite! You're going to love it!
I love white slipcovered couches too. And its true, you can just bleach them. I have that blog in my reader, but I am so, so far behind in my reading, that I forgot about it! I'll have to go catch up because somehow, I missed that kitchen!

I actually have a white slipcovered couch and I love it!
Oh, I also think the tin backsplash in that kitchen is awesome. Ironically, my friend just did that same backsplash in her kitchen. It was super cheap and easy. Love it!
ETA: Just got it. Going to check it out now. Thanks!
Re: How much would you ask for this on CL?
Maybe $150-200? We are the second owners though.
Half the cost of a new one with the willingness to negotiate since it has been so well loved.
No, I haven't even started. Hopefully this winter! I am working on the laundry room now and then I want to do our master.
Here is the laundry room in progress:
Wow that looks really good! Did you do that wainscoting or your h? I am so not good at "labor"...haha.
I have been looking at this blog a lot lately. It is so my style. I love her kitchen and white slipcovered sofas:

I'd totally come up and get it!
I just sent you the second one, but see you got the first now. Have fun!
Yes, I love that backsplash too. I thought about it for the laundry room , but I think I am going to do white subway tile instead.
YOu drive up here, you can just HAVE it!
I just reread what I wrote and I meant that we could hang out, but if you want, we can hang out in the tractor too!
