How long does alcohol stay in your system??

Last night I went out with the girls and needless to say I had one too many.  I  stopped drinking at about 11pm.  This morning I pumped at 6am and 10am and I'm wondering if that milk is bad...and I need to pump again soon.  Does anyone know what the rule is?

I have a book that says it takes 1-2 hours for every drink to eliminate the alcohol from the breastmilk.  The chart suggests slightly more time per drink.

I think you should be OK...I usually wait 2 hours after finishing a drink to pump.  Today I had a couple of beers (not light beer-it was a red ale I got from a brewery last night)and wanted to be safe before I pumped.  After 2 hours I used one of the test strips and it came out clean.  I got the strips from target, they were about $8 for 8 strips.
