If you travel.. a pack n play or other portable crib?
I'm getting another glider.. (I THINK).. b/c I just can't imagine bedtime for my DD without it.'
You might be able to use the top of a dresser as a changing table to avoid buying another (OR the attachment changing table on the pack n play) depending on your set up.
I'm keeping a pnp downstairs in living room for the new baby to sleep in during day.. my DD naps in her crib. I also have a changing table in our office on our first floor for daytime diaper changes.

Good idea using the pack and play changing table! We have one for ds now but he is currently using his FP Rock and Sleeper. But putting that in her room would allow us to not buy a changing table for awhile.
I think it really depends how close in age your two are. We're having 2 just under 2 and are planning to get a double stroller, monitor, new bottle nipples and pacis. That's basically it. We just moved DS to a toddler bed from IKEA (much easier than putting him down in the crib since I'm getting more and more pregnant) so we can just reuse the crib. We'll eventually need another convertible, but can reuse the infant seat for DD for at least the first 6-9 months so I want to wait on the purchase so the seat doesn't expire before she's out of it. I never use the changing table for DS and haven't since he was ~8-10 months old so we'll just reuse it for DD for a little while.
We have two cribs and two car seats, but only one changing table and no baby monitor. It sounds like you're going to have them in separate rooms. If so, you might want to get another white noise machine (or if you don't have one now, get two - it will come in handy for sure). Our two share a room but we actually have three sound machines - one in the nursery, one downstairs for spontaneous naps, and one in the master bedroom, so DH or I can sleep when the other is up with the kids in the morning. Worth their weight in gold, those are.
Also, if you don't already have a baby carrier, I highly recommend getting one.
Oh, and of course, the double stroller. I guess your lifestyle will dictate whether or not you need one. I walk almost everywhere, so this was a very important purchase for us. We have a P&T Explorer and I it.
It's hard to say since you didn't post the age difference of your LO's. I'm going with 1 change table and 1 baby monitor because I figure they can both use the same change table and only DD2 will have a monitor. Here are some things I could think of:
-baby book/photo album
-high chair/booster seat
-new bottle nipples/pacifiers

I think the only new thing we are getting is a double stroller and a twin bed for our daughter. I think even if ours were closer in age we wouldn't be getting much else. We never used a baby monitor until we moved the TV downstairs and she sleeps upstairs. I guess we'll probably be buying new nipples and soothers as well, but that would be bought regardless of the age difference!
