Clear up a rash?

A lady at my husbands work today said that taking a wet cloth diaper and rubbing it on the baby's face will clear up an acne/rash. 

I've heard of using breastmilk but never pee! Anyone else hear of this? Or is this lady just crazy?

    Urine is sterile and yes, I've heard of adults putting it on their face t clear up acne, but I would not do this to myself or a baby.

    Never heard of that! However, my friend said her OB recommended wiping babies face with wet (with just warm water!) cotton balls a few times a day. It cleared up her baby's acne, and mine as well. However, I really think that baby acne is just a phase and it will go away on its own. People think they find miraculous cures, but really the acne was already going away.
