DS has a yeast rash - Dr said use Lotrimin. I assume this is not CD friendly, so I've been using fleece liners.
Wha do I need to do to sanitize the diapers as a result of the yeast? We are using a combo of FB & BG pockets and PFs and covers. Do I do something different for the synthetic vs naturals? Should I work on this now or wait until the rash clears? Should I switch to disposables while I work on this?
Also, accidentally forgot a liner on a BG. Do I need to strip it if I just did it once?
Re: Yeast rash - cleaning dipes?
I would switch to disposable because they are better at wicking away the moisture so it isn't as friendly of a place for the stuff to grow.
