NBR: Fashion Question

If you've met me IRL do you think I could pull this off?  Please be honest.  Also, if so, is this a winter type of style or could I wear it now?  If it can be worn in the summer, what could I wear it with?  BTW, this is my current fave Etsy site.

    I think that would look really cute on you, but I personally would only wear it in the fall/winter.

    Ditto. But I'd add that it's such a beautiful hat that you should just make it work and not worry if it "goes" with you. And red lip stick would look amazing with it.
