I like Stella - it's a family name for us. As for Vivienne - spelled like this makes me think of Vienna sausages (I prefer it spelled Vivian).
The two names have sounds that fight each other - Stella ending with the hard "La" sound and Vivienne beginning with the emphasis being on the "Veh" sound. Maybe a combination with less emphasis between the two names would work.
I think it's very pretty (and if you think about it, has a lot of meaning packed in there). I know several Vivian's and a Stella so to me the two names are quite common -- that may be way it doesn't over the top to me.

I like both names, but not together. To me, the styles are just so different that they don't flow well. Just my opinion.
