I just wanted to introduce myself to this board, I?m transitioning from the Pregnant after 35 board (made wonderful friends there and hope to do the same here). My LO just turned 3 weeks today, she came 22 days early. This Sunday is my due date and I?m feeling a little sad about that, though I couldn?t be happier that she arrived safe and healthy. I hope to get to know all of you, as I did with the ladies on Pregnant after 35 board, as I don?t have any friends my age with young children and really need that support team. Thanks
Re: Introducing myself... 3 weeks late
Welcome to the board! It's a little slow sometimes but we are a great, drama-free bunch. I'm 40 yrs old, part-time graphic designer and me and my husband have a 21-month old boy, Adrian.
I hope you like it here and congrats on your new baby!
Welcome and congrats on your little peanut!
And don't you be sad about the due date thing. Think of it this way.. you got BONUS time with your baby for all these past few weeks! That's worth celebrating! (Plus, I'm betting it's still the hormones talkin'!)
Hi there. Congratulations. We have a great group of women on here.Love your LO's name.

Welcome and congratulations!!!
I'm not Bumping as much as I used to be (life is crazy and I mostly spend time on FB from my iPhone) but when I am, this is my favorite spot.
I am lucky in that one of my dearest friends finally adopted a baby girl when my DS was 5 months old--so we have been going through motherhood together. But if she hadn't, I would have been the only one with a child my DS's age.
BTW, I'm Robyn. Age 41. One and done to Aaron (21 months). From NJ. Married nearly 3 years.
Looking forward to getting to know you.

Welcome! I post in spurts. I'm 40, DH is 41. Rachel just turned 1 on Monday. I have one friend with a little one Rachel's age but we don't get together too often. This is a great group of ladies.
And most importantly....Congratulations!!
Welcome and congratulations! This is a great board; I've been hanging around the Knot/Nest/Bump since I was planning my wedding over 5 years ago, and this and the PG over 35 board are the only two that I have ever felt really comfortable on. Everyone here is really supportive and so friendly and nice, no matter what you might have to ask or vent or talk about.
I'm not on here as often as others, but to introduce myself, I am 39 and DH and I will have our 5 year anniversary next month. We have a 3 year old daughter, Ellie, and a 7 month old son, Noah.
Look forward to getting to know you!
