What's your "maintenance" plan?

My DD's reaction and diagnosis happened almost a year ago (Memorial Day weekend).  Over the course of last year we had many visits to the allergist for checkups, etc.  We came to a treatment/prevention plan and so far, we've got her allergies under control and in check. **knocks on wood**.  If you've gotten to this point, what is your "maintenance plan" with your allergist?  Once a year check ups?  I have to admit that we skipped her last appointment which was back in January as I had a newborn and haven't rescheduled but now I'm wondering what the frequency should be now.

  • DSs have always been yearly visits around his birthday.

His last visit they didn't do any testing just a q&a about reactions, breathing, and his home environment.
