FML: I need a body/collision shop rec

Y'all remember a few months ago I asked about whether or not to borrow my parents' car?  DH & I decided to go ahead and save our pennies and borrow their car.  I was driving back to Austin from Houston and got rear-ended on 360.

Fortunately no one was hurt (DD and my dog were in the car) and the other driver isn't disputing fault but now we have the awesome pleasure of getting my parents' car fixed.  Woo-hoo.

Can you rec your body/collision shop?  Preferably North/CP.

DH thinks this is a sign from the heavens that we should remain a one-car family.

I just used B&B on I-35 just above Slaughter. They were quick and easy and did a great job.

Jeff's Auto Body at Lamar and Airport.  We get all our body work done there.  They are awesome.

I also used B+B (although I believe they have other locations) and had a good experience too, although in my case the other driver was at fault and his insurance covered everything so I can't speak to the price, etc.

Ditto this, we love Jeff's!  They are super nice and will do all the work with the insurance companies.  They are also great about making sure to use new parts, which my DH insists on.  They are a little slow though, but they do a great job.

Yikes!  I'm sorry to hear you were in an accident.  Hopefully everyone is OK! 

When we were rear ended a couple of months ago, we used Don's Paint & Body Shop on W. 12th St based on recs from the board.  I highly, highly recommend them.  They did a great job and were super nice and easy to work with.  It is central but worth it.

So sorry to hear that, but glad you are all okay. We used Caliber Collision on S. Lamar a few years ago and were very happy with the work and customer service.
