If BD won't pay child support is it okay to not let him see DD till he does? Or am I selfish and bitter...its okay to be honest...I already expect it from you ladies.

No. Not paying child support doesnt equal no parenting time for him. Sorry.
You can try to withhold your DD, but your X can file a complaint with the court and get you into serious trouble. Which is more important to you?
ETA: This is if you have a formal custody/parenting plan filed with the courts.
Sadly, that is his right as a father and there is nothing you can do to stop that.

We never ever smoked pot. You must be delusional. I have never done drugs in my life.
