We just found out 2 days ago that DH has PPD. He is on Paxil (sp?) and he's not allowed to be alone with our kids until the meds are regulated. I have never dealt with this before so I'm not sure how to help him. It makes it hard because we do have 3 small kids and I need the help. I have been letting him do what he needs to do and taking care of everything else so he doesn't get too stressed. Anyway, I'm rambling because I don't have anyone else to talk to about this.
