Can you help me find this product please?

DH's godson saw a commercial for what he is calling "Psycho Cycle."  But when you google that, nothing comes up.  He must be saying it wrong.  It's for a bike you control with your feet, and it has no handle bars.  He says it's not like an oversized big wheel, but there is one I am picturing in my head that is green and black that I think could be it.  Of course, I can't think of the name of that.  His 7th birthday is this weekend and DH would love to get whatever this thing is for him. 

 

I'm open to all suggestions.  Thanks!

My google search of bike without handlebars just got me pages of the Flobots song, "Handlebar".  I can ride a bike with no handlebars.  No handlebars.  Sorry.
