Naps

When did  your LOs go to just 1 nap.  Mine have been taking some long morning naps (about 2-3 hours) and then not wanting to go back to sleep in the afternoon.  We try and they just sit in their beds and play or wein the entire time.

Thoughts?  I'm thinking maybe an earlier bedtime ;-)

Same thing happened to us at 12 months, and they dropped that afternoon nap.  We are working on pushing the morning nap back, but some days they need to go down as early as 10 am still.  Makes for a "fun" evening when they have been up for 6 hours straight.
