Success after IF

Bored? Help me make a list!

We are driving to our completely empty house 2000 miles away from where we live right now (we own 2 houses).

We are going to be staying there for over a month and we need to make a list of stuff we need to make it realistically that month. We're not high maintenence folks, luckily! We will be bringing our personal affects with us: soap, shampoo, baby wash, makeup, blowdryer, etc. We are driving so we have limited space of what we can bring.

Here's what I already have prearranged:

Beds
Sheets
Pillows
TV
Towels, washcloths
Sofa
Chair
Dining set

Here's what else I have on my list for stuff we need:
DVD PLAYER
Plates, bowls, cups
a couple big coffee mugs
mixing bowl
Can opener
Frying Pan
Sauce pan
Spatula, big spoon, slotted spoon
Cookie sheet
Silverware
Scrubbie pad, dishcloth, dish towels (2)

Here's the list of stuff I'll need to buy when I get there:
Dishwasher soap
Hand dish soap
Bottle brush
Broom/dustpan

What else?! I need your help! I have mere weeks to set this crap up!

  • First aid kit, chargers for your cell phones, flashlight, playpen or bassinet if you don't bedshare, baby gate if necessary, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel, plug for sink?, bring salt and pepper from home, milk jug, j-cloths, garbage can, dish rack, thermometre, nightlights, sharp knife, measuring cup/spoons, everything associated with pumping and storing your milk, nail clippers, bouncy chair/swing (could you borrow this from someone at your destination?), playmat for tummy time, baby bathtub (or not if you are comfortable with the sink), diaper cream, infant towels, disposable food storage containers (gladware or whatever), vitamin D drops, sunscreen...

    That's it for now!

I travel across the country with my kids and stay at my aunt's little cottage...and we are going there in less than two months.  Your kids are a little different ages than mine, but my car is freaking loaded down every time.  This year we are bringing our bicycles!
