Can you imagine doing your own u/s or checking your own dilation?  LOL.  Awkward positioning...

My OB and her nurse use one of her partners and raved about him.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I didn't notice that my OB was pregnant until my 32 week appointment.  She was due two weeks before me. :P  Clearly my powers of observation are severely lacking.

I know one of the doctors at my office has delivered another one of the doctors. And I think some of the OBs at my OB's office see each other. I guess that after a while, one who-ha looks like the next and your sense of boundaries gets wacky.
