Funny Cerys stories from yesterday

Yesterday we had to organize this apartment (well, DH did and I played manager).

Anyway, Cerys got a hold of one of my Coach purses and carried it all over the apartment, from one end to the other.  I told DH he is in trouble if she already has that type of taste.

Secondly, she got into my diaper bag, no big deal, I let her play in there alll the time.  I am good about putting her ibprofren and my lipsticks, etc in the zipped areas so she can't get into them. So we see her eating something and I look at her hand- there is half a piece of Trident Watermelon chewing gum in her hand- the other half in her mouth with the wrapper still on!  So DH pries open her mouth and I get it out.  She cried about five minutes straight.  You should have seen the look on her face it was like "MOM you gotta try this!! It tastes AWESOME!".  She kept reaching for DH's hand like it would magically reappear so she could eat it.  I felt bad but had to laugh because she was SO upset about losing it.

She's also started dancing to theme songs.  So far, Jeopardy, Family Guy and then an actual song- the newest Britney Spears song about the end of the world or something.  She just stands there bumping her little baby butt and diaper up and down- which makes me laugh.

And lastly, I went to the bathroom yesterday and of course she had to follow me in.  She started crying because she wanted me to hold her after I did my business and I told her "hold on one second, mommy just wants to pop a pimple".  Well, my dad is Pops, so she starts walking around the apartment saying "POPS! POPS! POPS!" looking for my dad.  Cracked me up.

Anyway funny Cerys stories I wanted to share.  These are my days of trying to lay around and not do anything and keep Calvin cooking.

haha so cute! Nicholas dances to theme songs too-- we watch Ellen together every day (yes, I let my 14 month old watch daytime talk shows) and he LOVES to dance when she dances at the beginning. He will stand holding onto the couch/chair/whatever and stick his butt out and shake it. He also sits in his Winnie the Pooh chair and watches and will clap with the audience when a guest comes out haha I really should video tape it and send it into the show.

We should get Nicholas and Cerys together--they would be a hoot!

If you want to bring Nicolaus over to hang out one day- the place is a mess (we don't get the house til June 10) and I can't do much (basically on bedrest) but the kids can play and dance together!
