Back Pain

I am finding my mid-back has been really bad the last week, and am wondering what solutions there are aside from lying on the floor or standing (all our chairs seem to make it worse).  I am in my 30th week.

 

Also- my original plan was to go on mat leave at 34 weeks, but I am wondering what has worked best for people as I am getting the impression that this might be a tad early.  I am a Tim Hortons supervisor and on my feet 8 hours straight, my mum says this is a good thing --- any thoughts?

  • I admire your strength i used to work retail and now i am so glad i am not on my feet all day but i bet it does help, though i bet it is causing the back pain.

    Baths help me, a massage if you can get it? Also doing yoga streches really seems to help me esp. the cat/cow positions.
