Why do couples share a Facebook page?  Do they not trust each other enough to have their own?  Too lazy to create a separate one?

They comment on things and you never know which one is saying it.  Or they have to preface every comment with "This is So-and-So"

haha, I have a friend from HS who shares a FB page with her husband, it drives me crazy too.

I have a college friend who shares one with her husband and I think they're too lazy to have separate accounts.  I know both of them well enough that I can usually tell who is commenting but I think it's weird.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that finds it a little weird and confusing. I have two high school friends that have accounts with their spouses. I've never met either of their husbands and half the time I have no idea who is posting the status for their page. One of them got themselves moved to limited profile because the husband kept commenting on my statuses, even though he didn't have a clue who I was.

Oh, yeah, I totally feel you on this. One of my dearest friends shares an e-mail account with her husband and it seriously cramps my style when I want to talk nitty-gritty with her. Now they share a FB page, and I have no idea which one is commenting on my posts. It's super annoying.

I think it is a trust issue. With my friend, there had been some mess-ups (not full-blown affairs, but inappropriate flirtations), and so that's why they share e-mail/FB. I'm not sure merging into a single identity is the solution...

I have a couple friend that does that.  It's under his name.  She said they didn't want to have to upload twice, blah, blah, blah.  It drives me nuts.

Yes, I find this annoying. I have a HS friend whose husband claims to hate FB and refuses to make his own account, but at least half of her status updates are his!
