monthly fever?

It seems like DS gets a fever once a month. This morning he woke up with a 100 fever and lethargic. Now that he's had a dose of Tylenol he's "normal" but last time he had fever he threw up, was lethargic for a few hours then he was completely fine.

Is this like a normal thing? I'm wondering if I need to get his blood tested for low immunity.

    It wouldn't hurt to call your pedi and ask. :-) Does he take a daily vitamin?

    Also, on a side note, now I will be craving margaritas and peach belini's for the next 6 & 1/2 months....
