Does anyone else watch Pregnant in Heels?

It has been driving me nuts for the last few episodes that Rosie is clearly pregnant and no one has mentioned it.  Obviously the show is about 8% reality but out of everything that annoys me the most.

    Yeeah, I kept thinking "wow she sureeeeeeee looks pregnant, or maybe she's just a really good model for her maternity clothes" lol.  Glad to finally find out she is.

    I thought she was just wearing the maternity clothes to promote her designs. It didn't look like she was really big.

    I have read she sounds like she has a speech impediment b/c she may be hard of hearing. Who knows it is kinda weird though. She struggles to pronounce words  a lot.

    I saw it for the first time yesterday (I think a re run since it was in afternoon) and she mentioned that she was doing IVF and it wasn't working and then when it did she had an atopic pregnancy and had to lose the baby and her fallopian tube.  Maybe she didn't want to have another loss discussed on TV so she was waiting until further along to announce it.  I think that would be understandable
