Maybe I should be posting all this on the TTTC board but I think enough of you ladies here are able to answer my Q's. Just let me know if it's annoying.
Does the CBEFM tell you exactly when you ovulate?

Yes and no. Like a strip, it gives you 2 peak days. It's claim to fame is giving you more advance notice to peak days, but strips always starting showing me 4-5 days in advance as well.
Its different for everyone. I usually never got a peak day just lots of high days and then back to low. I do always ovulate and one month I did get a high. I used it in the morning and other opk sticks in the afternoon. Good luck

For me it did. Once it regulates to your cycle, it was very accurate. First month I got a lot of highs and then several peaks and then back down to highs and then finally to lows. Once it learned my cycle, I'd have 3 high days, 2 peak days and then back to lows. It was also nice because I was then able to notice the changes going on in my body and to this day I can tell you that I'm going to O just based on the changes down below. (gross but true).
Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

This. Some months it showed me peak days, other months it did not.
Also IF you are taking Clomid or Femara, it may be skewed. When I was on Clomid, I usually went with the ovulation strips instead of CBEFM.
