Funny story

So, I feel like I have been venting a lot lately and it makes me want to share a funny story.  When DH and I moved in together about a year before we got married I asked him to do a couple of loads of laundry while I was at work.  It was the first time he had ever done laundry and he was 24 yrs old, MIL spoiled him a bit.  So, anyways, about 30 min after I get to work he calls me saying "The washer is filling up with water, what do I do?!"  Haha, I said "shut the lid and walk away."

Anyone else have a funny story they'd like to share?

When we lived in our old home (a home DH had been renting for several years before we were married and started living together), he decided he was going to help me clean one afternoon. He looked at me very seriously and asked me where the vacuum was. I thought he was kidding at first because the vacuum was still stored in the same closet he stored it in when he had moved in 5 years earlier. I couldn't help but laugh at him.

One day I asked DH to make a PB&J sandwich for DD for lunch.  I told him to just make her a half of a sandwich because she can't eat a whole one.  He says to me "What am I supposed to do with the other half?"  He honestly didn't realize that you could take one piece of bread and cut it in half and make a 1/2 sandwich.
