DS gave me what I believe to be his first intentional smile today. My heart melted!! Of course the pampers commercial came on at the same time and that one gets me every time. I cried like a baby!

    I know what you mean, the first time I seen that I told my husband that all the night feedings are so worth it when you see your baby smile at you.
