What makes you think you can't use RnG? I'm violently allergic to Tide and use RnG on a regular basis. I've also used All Free & Clear with no problems.
I wouldn't use dreft. Mountain Green Baby is CD safe and you can get it at some grocery stores in the organic section. I have used it in the past and it worked well.

This, except that I stopped using RnG (personal preference) and am now using Dropps baby detergent.
I react badly to Tide, and most "free and clears."
It's generally not recommended to use "free & clear" detergents on CDs.
