In our labor class we just practiced breathing and the lady showed diff positions that might work to manage the pain. The best for me was deep slow breathing and sitting on the birthing ball with dh's hand on my lower back. I think the breathing tips were the only thing I took away from all those classes.
We did breathing and meditation and some exercises that are supposed to help you strengthen your pushing muscles (not kegels, something else). It all went out the window for me when I was in labor. I couldn't even breath normal, let alone properly through the pain. I had to be reminded several times that if I wasn't breathing, the baby wasn't getting oxygen either.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
