YMCA swim lessons?

Anyone have experience with these? I'm looking at the "shrimp" level-the Little Girl is almost 7 months old.

If this isn't recommended, any other recs?

    We're doing them right now, and they're fun for DS. At my Y, there's no real swimming instruction. It's mostly about getting the kids comfortable with the water and to associate it with having fun. We sing songs, chase balls, "jump" off the side, etc.

    We did them when DD was about 9 mos. old and they were great! I say do it!
