1) The Swedish office in Ballard is SO spacey.  I randomly decided to call and confirm the glucose test and the US last week.  I had a feeling.  It turns out that I wasn't scheduled for a 28 week US but there was a morning slot open and it all worked out.  For pete's sake, schedule people, this is the second goof!  It's a good thing I love Ballard so much.

2) Glucose Test:  Tastes like orange Fanta.  I won't know about the results for a few days.  Hopefully I'll pass.

3)  US was great.  I don't have placenta previa (so no C-section)!  Also, my baby is adorable.  I love my little baby and all his/her wonderful little toes.  Now I just have to hang in there without another ultrasound fix until I deliver.  Get here faster New Year!

I love seeing baby!!  I'm so glad you had a good appointment - and the glucose DOES taste like Orange Fanta - I was worried it would completely ick me out, but it wasn't that bad.

I'm glad you had a good appt!! I had my dr's office mess up one of my appts too...but I didn't call to check and showed up! They had to fit me in. The glucose test wasn't that bad but for some reason I could keep the stuff down! It came back up once I got home. GROSS.

Aw, you are adorable. I loved ultrasounds too. I'm excited for your little one to come. We might be in town when you deliver! (Don't worry - we won't show up at the hospital and bother you.

I always thought the orange drink tasted like fanta too! Thats why I didnt mind taking the test.
