2. Each week I secretly hope DW will reply with a TTT but nope :-p
3. I loaned my baby video monitor to a friend. Let's see how many nights (okay, hours) it takes before I ache for it back.
4. Worked just switched email platforms. I like it but it will take some getting used to.
5. Booked half of our Europe vacation! :-)
6. I have a rubber band ball made of only colored rubber bands.
7. Meetings, meetings, meetings.
8. A coworker (from another department) suddenly went out on FMLA back in March. She still hasn't returned and no one is talking about it. I worry about her.
9. I have one grey office chair and one blue office chair.
10. Because of #5 I am now seriously contemplating a diet.

I am going to get this done before tonight. I always start but never finish before I leave school.
I am irritated with my wife today. I worked yesterday. DW was home. E was at daycare. I came home for 45 min before I had to go and tutor for 2 hours. DW had to give E dinner and hang out and she had the balls to complain that she was too tired to do it. Gee lady I just worked a full school day and am now going to my 2nd job...you were home all day and your big activity was going out to breakfast and the grocery store. I don't have all that much sympathy.
E got up at 5 am this morning. DW complained that she had to get up and then sent E in to wake me up. I am now at school, E is at daycare, DW is home sleeping...see a trend...I am annoyed.
I know this will change when classes and internship begins again but really lady give me a break.
E is starting to say some funny things. We are starting to figure out what phrases we say all the time at home. Let's See? and Niiiice! are very funny coming out of a 22 month olds mouth.
We need to start thinking about Ella's 2nd birthday party. How the heck has it been 2 years??
I want to have her birthday at this organic farm. DW is not on board yet. I hope I win. I have some really awesome ideas for the party.
I am teaching a puberty unit right now there has been some interesting questions.
I can not wait for vacation. I need to relax and enjoy myself.
I am excited to get E in the water this year. She loves water I think she is going to have a great time at the lake. I have a feeling we are going to have a very tired girl from all her running around and swimming.

Totally valid reasons to be annoyed. I'm annoyed for you :-p I know I am soooooo going to flip when K gets home and utters her first complaint about being too this or too that to manage simple household stuff.

I know it is going to be a tough transition for K when she gets home. I feel for you. I also know S is really beat from her semester but she needs to get over herself.

1. I am still sick. Come on. 7 days of a head cold is 5 days too many
2. But i actually showered today (tmi?)
3. But it is 58 cold, wet, gray degrees and I am longing for my sweatpants
4. Thank goodness for the crockpot. Along the lines of SSG's frustration, K works her butt of as a teacher and then tutors and walking into the house with dinner simmering is her biggest stress reliever. She *loves* dinner - she walks in, smells dinner, drops her stuff on the bench, smiles and says 'oh babe, it smells amazing in here!' You can literally see the tension fade away. It is my favorite part of the day. If nothing is on, she walks in cranky and stressed about having to make a decision about what to eat. I feel like it is my job to make sure that moment happens for her everyday. Yesterday, feeling absolutely terrible, the crockpot totally saved me.. and it will again today.
5. I went to my brothers 26th birthday party and there was an ice luge. Anyone? Anyone? well it is a gigantic block of ice with a path carved out of it. it sits on a slope (read: in the bed of a truck) and someone stands at the top and pours a shot down it, into the mouth of the individual waiting below. It was the first time I saw one.
6. Apparently it wasn't the first time my step-mother saw one because there is a picture of her on facebook taking a shot of whisky from it.. with all my brothers friends standing around.
1) i'm the mis-spelling and typo queen. its a wonder any of you can understand what i'm saying.
2) i like to take my morning shower with the lights off. i can pretend i'm still sleeping a little.
3) RB's surgery is a go for tomorrow. I have no idea how i'm going to survive a night in the hospital with her. it will probably be the one time I wish she watched tv.
4) Sprout is falling apart and I dont feel like i have the energy to go through it all again. one time through hell is enough.
5) so i think we're going back to therapy
6) i hate mornings of back to back to back meetings.
7) but i'm glad all aforementioned meetings have gone well
8) i get a little excited every time i see my name pop up in the "connect with these online bumpies" list. apparently fame goes right to my head :P
9) yesterday there was a strawberry shortcake bar in the cafe and it was amazing.

That's extremely irritating. When I quit my job to go to school, and stay home to do household stuff, and pick up a part-time job. DW had a very honest discussion with me about how if I ended up not doing my household stuff, complaining about being 'too tired' etc, that she would be extremely annoyed and irritated, as she is working 60 hour weeks, and getting her MBA, so she wouldn't have much sympathy, and didn't want to hear it. This honest discussion, kept me from venting or quite frankly b!tching about anything. I'm sorry you are dealing with this, hopefully she pulls out of it quickly.
1. Waking up at 4a to work my part-time job makes me sleepy, not matter what time I go to bed.
2. DW has been in Portland since last Friday, I miss her. She comes home tomorrow.
3. One of my dogs pee'd all over the comforter that I JUST washed and put on the bed this morning it's only 10a.
4. I hate the fact that Frontline is so expensive, do you have any idea how much this costs for 3 dogs each month. Thankfully the vet, FINALLY told us that we can split the heartguard and frontline for our smallest dogs, since the smallest size goes up to 22lbs, and each of ours weight 7lbs. Hopefully, this saves us some money.
5. We don't have central air, in the new place. I'm dreading summer. Hopefully, my student loan refund comes so we can buy a nice window unit before it gets too hot.
6. I'm jealous of the gas mileage Julie gets in her Prius, she fills up 1/2 as many times as I do, and drive 2x as far to work.
7. Summer school starts next week. . . ugh.
8. I got all A's this semester, I was so excited, I worked my ass off.
9. I need to help my SIL paint their house this week, but I just have no motivation to do so. . . yet they have helped us a TON with our place, I know it's selfish.
10. I had a horrible time at a party I was looking forward to on Saturday. My friend turned 30, and it was a great opportunity to get together with a ton of friends. Something about hanging out with a large group of lesbians is always fun. . . so I thought. DW wasn't there and I was miserable allllll night. I didn't realize how much fun I had when she was around, until she wasn't there.
11. (I have that many today) Julie does drag the last thursday of every month with the I.C. Kings (large group of friends from above). The perform at the local gay bar, and have a large local following, all of our friends go, and SIL, BIL, MIL, etc come to watch. Due to this Julie has sooooo many clothes/costumes now, it's redic! And when we go shopping we shop for Julie and then J.T. Amore (her stage name). I just wish we had more closet space to store all of drag stuff.
For kicks: Here is a link to DW and I doing 'Love the Way You Lie' at the 1 Year anniversary show. . . I have yet to do it again with her, but I had a blast.
I am sure that C, as well as I, feel for both SSG and True...I think we have both felt the same about each other at times. The best part is that (for the 4 us) through the annoyance our bond is not weakened.
One day we should have a chat based on the trials we all endure in having children and/or ttc.
The definition of Love is sleeping in a recliner as your feverish Little Man is sprawled out asleep across your section of the bed and you can't bear the thought of possibly waking him up to move him.
We still do not know where the fever is coming from. Teething?
I want to see my Mom so bad it hurts. I find myself wanting to cry each time I talk to her on the phone.
My oldest daughter is still struggling and feels that I am not there for her. She thinks I love her sister and brother more than I love her.
My prayer is that my oldest realizes that my Love for her is just as deep.
C has more of a right to be tired than I do, but I find myself exhausted!
I know hysterectomies (sp.) can bring on early menopause...I HATE these darn hot flashes!
I Love my DW and Kiddos (all 3) with all my heart!
2. My stomach hasn't been feeling well for the last 3 days, I think it's because I haven't been eating enough.
3. I stopped at the store on the way home and picked up potatoes o'brien and veggie sausages for breakfast (cooking as I type) and cheese ravioli, frozen spinach and alfredo sauce for lunch. I am determined to feel like I ate something today.
4. DW has been looking at very expensive Cadillacs... I think we need to think about getting the AC fixed in our beat up 92' Integra before thinking about cars we can't afford right now.
5. Iz had a visitation with her sister yesterday and it went really well. I wanted to ask questions (to bio/half sisters grandma) about bio mom but only asked if either of the bio parents had Hispanic blood. She let on that she knows who Iz's father is but I didn't ask for more info, no father is listed on her birth certificate. She is going to give us a baby picture to keep for Iz's memory book.
6. We found out that Iz has 7 sisters.
7. The county SW said that he hopes to have the adoption finalized this fall. We have to finalize in San Francisco so they will pay for round trip tickets for 3 of us, we will have to get A a ticket, and they will also pay for 2 nights in a hotel. Sounds good to me!
8. We are going to be stalking RedBox for the Justin Bieber movie because A loves him.
9. I thought I didn't want another infant until this weekend at SIL's baby shower. I love babies and would like to have another one.
10. Our landlord has a proposition for us and we have no idea what it is. Sperm donor? Help us buy a house? Godfather for Iz? All have been discussed before but it could be something completely different.
1. We need to save money, but I really want to go clothes shopping for work. I have few shirts that work for summer, and I hate most of them but have worn them enough that they're starting to look worn out.
2. I need to accept the reality that we're going to be here this summer. I had these pipe dreams that Jen would get a job right away and we'd be moving. Reality can be so lame-o.
3. I want to sneak out of work and go to the Nats game this afternoon.
4. My ears (the cartilage, not the canals) have been hurting at night lately, and occasionally in the middle of the day. Very bizarre.
5. I have "Canned Heat," that song Napoleon Dynamite dances to at the end of the movie, stuck in my head. Why??
6. Jen's boss is out of town this week, so she gets to leave on time all week. Heaven for both of us
7. We waited too long to ask our friend if she could watch the dogs when we go away Memorial Day weekend, but (soooooooo) thankfully, she still said yes. We could kennel them, but I think it would be bad - Pippin is very nervous/shy, and Lucky gets very defensive of her and goes into attack mode. I do love how attached they are to each other, but next time I want to adopt an adult dog who is socialized and friendly and slightly less NUTS.
8. I have so many friends raising money for various races/causes right now. It's a good things, obviously, but kind of a drain for it to happen all at once.
9. Jen is planning a surprise for our 7th wedding anniversary. It's a month away, but I'm already excited. I love surprises
1. I slept horribly last night. L was snoring and it sounded like one of the kids calling out for their room, so I kept waking. Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
2. It is pouring here all week. Torrential downpours off and on. It was raining when I left with the kids for school/work and L was still in her pjs working from home. I know she really does work when she is home, but damn, I would love to be sitting at home in my pjs.
3. I am calling in sick next Tuesday so I can go with the kids to their end of the year picnic. I think it is going to be fun and a good way to spend time with the other parents.
4. I picked up the kids bikes last night (their birthday present.) They are so cute.
5. When I went to pick up the bikes last night, they had only put one together. So I got to go have dinner at Pei-Wei all by myself while they put the other one together. It was so good. I want it again. Now.
6. I totally get being annoyed with the other parent and being tired. It is more or less the backdrop off my life. I have to constantly remind myself that it isn't a competition (unless she has been sitting on her duff all day) at which point it is.
7. For those who didn't see it on FB - I had a dream Saturday night that I was trying to get insurance authorization for a skeletal survey on a Smurf. Think I need vacation?
8. I am trying to figure out what to do with the kids Saturday morning while L writes. Rainbow Families is having a playgroup, but it is pretty far from our house and we have plans in the afternoon.
9. Carter asked to go to Dutch Wonderland. Anyone interested in meeting at Dutch Wonderland? Maybe in September? It is a small amusement park that is perfect for kids age 2-6ish and is in Lancaster, PA.
10. I need to go hunt down lunch. What delicacies will the cafeteria have for me??? :P
1. DW is superly stressed about work and I don't really know how to help her.
2. It's nice to be reminded by this week's ttt that we can argue with our significant others but still love them.
3. DW and I do not have the same mental ttc timeline. Patience is not coming easily.
4. I'm stressed by work too, and I worry that I've made peace with this by not caring as much about my clients as I used to. In some ways I think this is a healthy boundary and normal professional development, but it also makes me nervous.
5. We finally finally mailed our passport renewal applications. Fingers crossed they come in time...
6. The Harry Potter books are so much better than the movies, I had forgotten. Sometimes I forget how much I enjoy reading.
7. The endless rain is seriously getting me down.
8. I really really really want/need one or both of us to make more money, but I don't know how to make this happen.
9. Focusing on family vs. focusing on career. Dilemma of the century.
10. My desk desperately needs to be cleaned.
TTC with PCOS since July 2011.
IVF Oct/Nov 2012
Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 190, Beta #3 = 1044
Cautiously optimistic.
2. i spent a lot of $$ on diapers last week. but we are all set on our newborn stash except for snappies and wetbags. and i just need a couple of Kawaiis and we'll have our OS testing stash done too...so no diapers to buy (except for pre-cord falling off) for 4-5 mo probably!
3. i am soooo full.
4. I've had 1500 calories today. it is 1 pm. i guarentee i will hit 2500 by after dinner. oopsssie.
5. really need to get back to working out. and eating better.
6. i played my last rugby game ever saturday.
7. babies in 12 weeks.
8. no movement on the house
9. i think im going to spring for a pedicure at "lunchtime" even though we've overspent, again, this month.
9. Carter asked to go to Dutch Wonderland. Anyone interested in meeting at Dutch Wonderland? Maybe in September? It is a small amusement park that is perfect for kids age 2-6ish and is in Lancaster, PA.

you know we're always game :P
It is a date! I can't tell you how excited they would be to see Sprout again. They still talk about him and how "cool" he was. LOL.
1. I'm totally annoyed at a friend (M) who uninvited us to an event that another friend (K) invited us to because DW's ex and her girl was going to be there. All on Facebook! Then she made the event Private!
2. Because of #1 I told DW that we need some new friends. M is friends with DW's ex and girlfriend, which I understand puts her in a awkward position but you don't do crap like that for everyone to see. I feel the need to confront M but right now, I am too pissed to do it. Oh, and M did the toast out our wedding!
3. Taking a deep breath!
4. I went to a job fair on Saturday and met with the director of Labor and Delivery. She said she was going to give me a call this week. I am anxiously awaiting!
5. I got a call yesterday from human resources but it wasn't for the position I wanted. I went to another booth and took a tour of the Progressive Care Unit just so it wouldn't look like I just went for L & D and thats who called!!
6. Sadie (furbaby) got her stitches out this morning. I thought it looked infected but the surgeon says its fine. Humm, thinking I will still give her the antibiodics the doc at banfield prescribed because she thought it looked infected also.
7. I got a lot of my lab work back from the lab but have not heard from my doctor to explain the results. It looks like there are a couple of abnormals but with the ranges, I really can't be sure. I may pull out my lab and diagnostic book to see if it can tell me anything.
8. I am looking forward to getting away this weekend. DW and I are going to Dover Downs in DE with my SIL and MIL. This should be interesting. DW said it will be a bonding experience. HA!
9. My MIL was not happy about DW and I getting married and refused to come to the ceremony but said she would come to the reception. DW told her to just not come. Best decision ever!
10. MIL and I have slowly regained a better relationship but I wonder what will happen when she finds out I am KU. It is a sore subject with DW and it hurts her very much. DW's mom is a strict, filipino, catholic. I don't think people realize the trials and tribulations of being a gay!

Oh and to be fair to dw she is usually much better than this. When she was home all last year with E she did a great job being a nice house wife. I think she is just burnt out from a long semester. I am crossing my fingers that I come home to a happy and rested wife tonight!

One day we should have a chat based on the trials we all endure in having children and/or ttc.
I would have nothing to contribute. TTC and parenting has been an absolute breeze - especially when it come to my marriage.
(you noted the sarcasm there, right? )
On a serious note - RB has had 3 mystery fevers in the past 2 months...high fever and miserable baby, but no other symptoms whatsoever. its bizarre, but i guess its going around?
1) trying to prepare for a roadtrip to CA that we really are not supposed to go on but its been 6mo since we seen our family and friends.
2) Melanie is almost to 28 Weeks woo hoo !
3) Went shopping and could not belive the size shirt and pants i bought for myself-I have not worn these sizes since i was in 10th grade - I am amazed Gastric Bypass really saved my life should have done this along time ago ! I also realized I was HUGE !
4) Still trying to get settled in this house - But love waking up here. Its a work in progress.
5) Starting to plan the nursery and will pick out paint. UGG
6)Wondering how hard laying sod will be

On a serious note - RB has had 3 mystery fevers in the past 2 months...high fever and miserable baby, but no other symptoms whatsoever. its bizarre, but i guess its going around?
Both kids have had this in the past 4-6m. Really high fever for 2-3 days, lethargic, and miserable, but nothing else. If not the mysterious illness, than perhaps teething? Both kids ran fevers when they were getting molars. Anyway, she better not get another one before tomorrow's surgery! Good luck!
1. I was wondering why DW spent part of last night in the recliner! I figured she was just tired of me kicking her to make her stop snoring, lol! (That was very sweet, S, to give up your side of the bed to our feverish boy.)
2. I want to know how Little Man is doing in daycare today, but I don't want to call because I don't want them to look for something wrong with him and end up sending him home. Some days I hate being a working mom. Sigh.
3. We lost the house. What house, you say? The perfect one I saw on my ill-advised open house tour a few weeks back. We never actually put in an offer on it, but I'd moved in in my head. We drove by it this weekend and it's under contract.
4. This is a short Thing just to make up for how wordy I was in #1-3.
5. The little snack shop on the first floor of our building just converted to an Au Bon Pain, so there are now fresh brownies a mere 6 floors away from me on a daily basis. Trouble with a capital "T."
6. I badly need to start working on this "baby weight" (I only call it baby weight because it's about equal in pounds to what one of our babies weighs... I actually lost most of the real baby weight after the babies were born, but I packed too many of the pounds back on when I went back to work).
7. I broke a fingernail oddly this morning at work, and it's taunting me. Thank goodness I don't know which one of my employees has the annoying Public Nail Clipping Habit or I might be tempted to ask him/her to borrow their clippers. Ewwww.
8. Sending RB and CT (& family) lots of positive vibes!!
9. Ella is almost two? WHAT?!!
10. I need a vacation. Or just a full night's sleep. I'd pay a thousand bucks for either right about now.

1. We have MAVS tickets tonight!!! Western Conference Finals!!! sooo exciting!
2. Looks like we will start our at-home known donor cycle in July.
3. We are OOP completely, so we won't get to RE cycle again until at least Sept due to 10 year anniversary, Vegas vacation, and DW's 40th bday.
4. 10 Year Anniversary party is planned. I can't wait, and I am still so stunned, even after 10 years, that I found THE ONE. We are not getting traditional anniversary gifts. We are saving our money for our Vegas trip, which is our anniversary/40th anniversary trip.
5. We are also starting the adoption process. I am very excited we are taking this step, but not too excited since it can take up to 2.5 years.
6. I have recently become obsessed with gardening/landscaping. I never ever wanted to do it before. We had decided, after 3 years, that we needed to something with the front yard. Had a friend come over to get me started, and I have not stopped since.
7. I had a turkey sandwich for lunch at noon, and I am starving again. ;(
8. My job is really slow right now. I played monopoly on my computer for awhile this am.
9. I think we are going to have to RIF 30 ppl or so.
10. The weather is just gorgeous. 70s and sunny...

I am irritated with my wife today. I worked yesterday. DW was home. E was at daycare. I came home for 45 min before I had to go and tutor for 2 hours. DW Melanie went on tour a few years back with CLUB CASSANOVA doing DRAG - She is SCAB N EATUM - She toured with Moby *** and Dante Difranco, So fun she misses it and I hear you about costumes props and the likes!
Ask your vet about REVOLUTION its for all dogs ( might be cheaper) and Its a heartworm /flea and tick thing all in one - we use it for our chihuahua when ever we go back to CALI - NV has no fleas or heartworms here.
5. The little snack shop on the first floor of our building just converted to an Au Bon Pain, so there are now fresh brownies a mere 6 floors away from me on a daily basis. Trouble with a capital "T."
I immediately thought about the toffee cookies! Can you mail me some! One of the reasons I miss NYC!

VEGAS VACATION i hope we can meet for lunch or dinner- We are just 15 min from strip
6. My oldest daughter is still struggling and feels that I am not there for her. She thinks I love her sister and brother more than I love her.
7. My prayer is that my oldest realizes that my Love for her is just as deep.
Aw, I'm sorry hun... I know that until I became a mama, I definitely didn't know how deep a love it really was. I actually called my mom afterwards to ask her, "This is how you feel about me all the time?!" I hope she feels better soon.
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD
5. We are also starting the adoption process. I am very excited we are taking this step, but not too excited since it can take up to 2.5 years.
best of luck! I'd love to hear more!
AWWW thanks!!! Well, I did some research and found an agency (IAC) that markets to the LGBT community, not strictly, but still actively tries to help out the community. It is open adoption, and we have a info meeting on July 16th. Our last BFN really seemed to bum DW out, she'd almost rather not cycle at all. I am not giving up in it completely. However, neither of us are tied to bio children, we just want a child. She was very onboard very quickly when I brought up adoption. She is much more optimistic than me, as I don't think she realizes what a roller coaster it could, and probably will be. I am sure I will be reaching out to you wonderful ladies in the near future when things actually get rolling.

9. Carter asked to go to Dutch Wonderland. Anyone interested in meeting at Dutch Wonderland? Maybe in September? It is a small amusement park that is perfect for kids age 2-6ish and is in Lancaster, PA.
you know we're always game :P
Depending on the date, we could be in too! We'd love to see you again... and hopefully for much longer this time!
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD
2. She's only 18 lbs, but that is a pound up from last time and the doctor has finally come around to the fact that she is just small!
3. Considering she's happy, healthy, 30.5 in (up 1.25", 55%) and hitting 18m and 24m milestones... I say, "about damn time!!"
4. We'll keep buttering up her foot, fortifying her milk, etc... but yay for finally not having to stress about it!!!
5. Can you tell I'm happy. :-)
6. Trav suggested we eat enchiladas tonight... which I have a batch of in the freezer. It sounds really good, and it will be really easy for me, but I always want to save my freezer meals for "another day". Its silly, since whats the point of having them if I never use them.
7. So we will have enchiladas and they will be good!
8. We're heading to OH this weekend to visit our nephew for his first birthday! I can't wait to see my BIL and SIL, they are wonderful.
9. My super pregnant (due in less then a week) bff came over for lunch today, since she's on maternity leave now. It was a nice break, but I told her I hope I DON'T get to see her next week!
10. I'm having trouble concentrating today... but this was a good distraction.

2. Geeeeegers - we have an american bulldog. Bulldogs rock.
3. J - have you looked at the.vintage.pearl - they have some sweet bands and you could get something stamped on it...check it out on line
4. Rikkijulie - I think it was you who gave that tip on #3 - I am going to get a bracelet there when our baby arrives - thanks!
5. I have competing priorities - second consulting job, long overgrown lawn, crib assembly - I loathe that I have to attend to the first two first.
6. We are on this "scraps and love" kick where we cook just from what we have. Tonight I came up with chicken with peanut sauce over pasta with quick pickled cucumber...see how that goes.
7. we are in that blissful part of the year where we have the windows open with no heat and no air running.
1. I am just now sitting at my desk for the first time since I got here this morning. Phew.
2. Man I wished I lived closer to you all, I would definitely be in for bringing my little E to a get together. I hope that one of these years we will make it to P-town. That's a goal of mine.
3. Not sure what E's dad will have to say about that. Last week he emailed asking if I am taking her to pride. Because based on his subject line "No Parade" my thought is he wouldn't like a P-town event either. But I'm hoping that family week would be ok.
4. I'm pretty sure that what I do with my child during my time is MY thing...just sayin.
5. A dear friend's gf is going thru some tough stuff and she is standing by her partner, but oh man it just makes me grateful for what I have.
6. It's sunny here today. Good thing I've been almost too busy to notice.
7. Little E's turning 5 on Thursday...5!!!!! Holy smokes where has time gone?
8. And I can't believe that Ella and Annie are almost 2, that just blows my mind.
9. E's school staff is doing the teachers night out thing at the golden arches place on Thursday (E's birthday) as a fundraiser for a summer picnic event they do. I'm debating taking her, but then the golden arches place is not my idea of a good dinner.
10. My gf says that some people think the world is going to end on Saturday so we should...well...make sure we have lots of fun on Friday night. Bahahahaha.

We are going to be in PA from Sept 28-Oct 5 for BIL's wedding! Cecilia would love nothing more than to take Henry to Dutch Wonderland. And I would love nothing more than to see all of you there!!
2. Look at me, on the board...
3. I know I'm a broken record about this, but I so wish I could post from ipod. I miss you all!
4. Sleep training with Hen didn't go so well. He started to get worse instead of better, and I didn't like how it was seeming to effect his temperment during the day. So right now we are taking a break, reconnecting, and we'll start some much, much gentler methods soon. (I knew it was too good to be true when he cried himself to sleep so quickly that first night! Ha!)
5. I wore Henry on my back grocery shopping for the first time today. I do a lot of the back carry with him, but never did it at market for fear that he'd get sick of it half way through and I'd have to be getting him down in the aisles with many onlookers. Well, he was totally content the whole time - but I was right about many onlookers...people openly, blatantly stared at us! LOL
6. I took Henry out for brunch today. It was me, him, and about a zillion senior citizens. Henry made friends with them ALL
7. So Henry has a little best friend (who is the exact same age as him), and his mom is my new BMF (best Mom friend, hee hee). We hang out every week and it's so great. I'm so glad we met.
8. We are now planning on swapping babysitting so C and I, and my friend and her husband can go on some dates! WAHOO DATES!!!
9. Looks like it may actually stop raining in time for my first BIG event with my gay parents group!! We have 12 families RSVP'd!! I cannot wait! 20-some lesbian/bi women and their kids let loose on a state park! (Though I do wish some gay dads were coming!)
10. As some of you know, I have a half-brother who is almost 5. He stayed with us this weekend while my parents went away. My HAT IS OFF to you, 2brides for having TWO that age, and ct for having one with TWO OTHERS to contend with! Cecilia's statement at the end of the weekend, "I'm so glad Henry's not 4 yet." LOL
Re: TTT
1. I now send DW my TTT each week.
Totally valid reasons to be annoyed. I'm annoyed for you :-p I know I am soooooo going to flip when K gets home and utters her first complaint about being too this or too that to manage simple household stuff.
7. REALLY??????
8. She wants to be called 'Grammy'.
9. REALLY???????
10. REALLY??????
10) countdown to vaca? 1 week!

1. This morning was the perfect morning to sleep in. Rain outside, cozy beds....ugh, did not want to get up
2. 4 years old is such a fun age! wish N would stay like this for a bit longer
3. The girls' dad has been really frustrating me lately. Being a stepmommy is a challenge sometimes...
4. We are taking the girls on a mini vacation later this week. They are so excited!
5. I hate heating by wood
6. I wish our town had a bigger LGBT community
7. So glad this semester is almost over! Really enjoyed my teacher, but excited for no more school
8. A lied about her schoolwork last week....hope this is not the start of a new trend
9. Need to go to the gym at least once this week
10. Fire went out....oh, rats
1. Today is gray and rainy, my favorite weather.
Two Mommies Healing Hearts
10. Hmm. That seems to be all.
IVF Oct/Nov 2012
Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 190, Beta #3 = 1044
Cautiously optimistic.
1. displeased about the rain.
2. i spent a lot of $$ on diapers last week. but we are all set on our newborn stash except for snappies and wetbags. and i just need a couple of Kawaiis and we'll have our OS testing stash done too...so no diapers to buy (except for pre-cord falling off) for 4-5 mo probably!
3. i am soooo full.
10. i still need to giveup soda.
you know we're always game :P
Blogs: Our Growing Family - CT Working Moms

Oh I want to play at dutch wonderland too! I hope I can make it work.
Oh and to be fair to dw she is usually much better than this. When she was home all last year with E she did a great job being a nice house wife. I think she is just burnt out from a long semester. I am crossing my fingers that I come home to a happy and rested wife tonight!
I would have nothing to contribute. TTC and parenting has been an absolute breeze - especially when it come to my marriage.
(you noted the sarcasm there, right?
)
On a serious note - RB has had 3 mystery fevers in the past 2 months...high fever and miserable baby, but no other symptoms whatsoever. its bizarre, but i guess its going around?
Blogs: Our Growing Family - CT Working Moms

our Blog -http://dosbabies.wordpress.com/
IUI #3 gave us the best 2nd anniv. gift ever: 2 babies! (born 03/09/10)
Peanut and Little Man are getting so big! 2 years old already!
finally blogging again at This Will Be: An Adventure

1. Annie will be 2 on Saturday.
2. Life is moving way too fast. I would like the past to years to redo in slow motion please.
3. I have a birthday on Monday. We won't discuss the number.
4. We got a new dog on Saturday. She is a husky mix ( maybe beagle) and her name is Marley.
5. Marley is a theif and everything she can get her mouth around disapperars into a pile in our bedroom.
6. I have so much baking to do this week and I have no desire to do it.
7. I wish we could see some sun this week. Cold and rainy just isn't doing it for me.
8. I forgot how tired I get working nights and being SAHM during the day.
9. Hope RB's surgerry goes off without a hitch.
10. I would totally be up for a DW trip. Can we pick a date far enough in advance so I can get the time off?
Aw, I'm sorry hun... I know that until I became a mama, I definitely didn't know how deep a love it really was. I actually called my mom afterwards to ask her, "This is how you feel about me all the time?!" I hope she feels better soon.

Our blue heeler/jack russell does the EXACT same thing. His pile is under the bed, and we find some pretty amusing things under there.

1. Gwen's doctor appt went great.

I am going to use this as my introduction of sorts
1. My wife and I are high school sweethearts... kind of. We met as teachers and both teach at the same high school.
2. We have an English Bulldog who is usually very snuggly, but is currently barking at me because she wants to play.
3. I really want to see the movie Bridesmaids.
4. I am on day two of clomid (50mg) and I really hope it works this round!
5. I am pretty sure we had a chemical pregnancy last month and I am very glad that we didn't test early.
6. My sister is getting married to her partner this summer and I am worried about fitting into my bridesmaids dress.
7. One of my good friends got pregnant when she and her husband "just stopped not trying" and it makes me jealous!!
8. I went to a conference today, so now I am home early... it is eerily quiet... except for the barking dog.
9. We hosted brunch with friends last Sunday and had a 2-year-old and 1 yar-old romping around the house. It was wonderful.
10. My biological clock starting ticking when I was ten. So this has been a long time coming!
1. Holy crap! what a turn out for TTT.
8. work gets in the way of my life
9. we have 3 showers in about 13 days.....oh my!
10. T minus 70 minutes on job #1 for the day
Bahahahaha.
Two Mommies Healing Hearts
