12 Month Sleeping

Share your 12 month sleeping schedule.  We have been taking nap strikes here and there but generally get 2 naps about 75 percent of the time.  For the last couple of days, we have been taking one long nap.  However, I know that that is not enough. They are exhausted at the end of the day.

 Any tips?  And, if you have puppies and rainbows you want to share with me about how suddenly they will start sleeping through the night, I would love ya forever!
