I LOVE it. I don't like Vicky or Tori as nn, though. It's nice with Elizabeth. I would pick either a long, classic name like Elizabeth, or a short name.
I would recommend probably not Elizabeth if you do go with Victoria. Both names are great names, but putting them together makes it sound a little bit like you are naming her after the previous and current queen of England.

Started our exploration into the world of international adoption June 2012. We have no idea what this is going to look like but we are excited to find out!
Thank you. I didn't think of that. My middle name is Elizabeth and our son has my husbands middle name...so that was why I thought I would pass it down. But I also love Rose. Its a common middle name, but it is my grandmother's mother's name.
Let me know if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks so much.
I like Victoria but I hate the nicknames Vickie and Tori, which is why we took it off our girls list. If you like the nicknames or they don't bother you, Victoria is really pretty, and Victoria Elizabeth is nice.

I love Victoria!
I agree with the PP who said Victoria Elizabeth sounds like you were inspired by the royal family, but since Elizabeth is your middle name, I'm sure you would get a pass on this. Victoria Rose is lovely too, though.
Some other suggestions:
Victoria Blair Victoria Blythe Victoria Dawn Victoria Faye Victoria Gail Victoria Jane Victoria Mae Victoria Paige Victoria Ruth
I like that Elizabeth is your middle name, too. I'd stick with it. The names sound beautiful together and I think an elegant name like Victoria needs an equally elegant middle name, like Elizabeth.
LOVE LOVE LOVE! Classic and gorgeous! If it wasn't my cousin's daughter's name it would be at the top of the list. Her name is Victoria Rose (Rose was our grandmother's name), but I think Victoria Elizabeth is stunning.
Victoria is a beautiful name. Classic, feminine and not as overdone as so many of the names we're seeing right now. I do agree w/ the other responses about trying to de-queen it a bit.... there are a lot of great suggestions, I think that Victoria Rose is stunning.
I love Victoria! It came off my list because I don't like any of the nicknames.
Victoria Elizabeth is very regal. A bit of a mouthful, but pretty. For me, I would prefer a shorter middle name to cut down on the syllables.

My daughter's name is Victoria Amelia, and she goes by Victoria, and has for two years. I am okay with Tori, but prefer everyone call her Victoria and everyone does except for kids who can't say her whole name, it comes out, Toria. I love Victoria Elizabeth but I'm partial to Elizabeth, that's my middle name :-)

i like victoria! it's a nice, classic, and underused (at least in my area) name.
victoria elizabeth is pretty
other middle name suggesetions: anne, marie, rose, renee, elise, noelle.

Victoria Claire
Victoria June
Victoria Laurel
Victoria Heather
Victoria Jane
Victoria Alexandra
Victoria Dawn
Victoria Ruth
Victoria Anne
Victoria Edith
Victoria Belle

I love Victoria, but I don't like the nns that go with it which would probably be an issue since it's such a long name.
I would go with a shorter middle name.

I love it. It's my daughter's middle name and I think it's strong and sophisticated.

I vote 'yay.'
I think both Victoria Elizabeth and Victoria Rose are gorgeous.
I'm not a big fan of the nicknames either, but there is no reason that she can't just be called Victoria.
