We sold our cribs tonight

We sold the cribs that we had from when we had the twins. (Morgan got a new Lifetime crib when Logan was born that is converted to a full now). The boys weren't comfortable in the toddler beds anymore so we switched them to bunk beds a little over a month ago.

While I'm happy to see them go because now I have room back in my garage, and money in our pocket for bills and such I'm sad because that's just another sign of that chapter in our lives really being closed. We will NEVER have another baby again. (Which DH had a V a year ago so this is not the first time I've come to terms with this...it's just mind altering whenever I'm given such a strong reminder).

I understand.  I am the same way.  I had to be numb dropping off the swing, bouncy, baby bath, jumperoo, etc. or I would have lost it.  

Sometimes I am absolutely devastated that I will never have another baby.  I loved being pregnant, L&D and the NB stage.  But then sometimes, I am over the moon to get on with my life.
