im breastfeeding/pumping regularly. post-part bleeding lasted about 2 1/2 weeks and went away completely. bleeding started back up yesterday. Could AF be here already? Do I need to call my doctor?

absolutely could be. mine was back full force exactly 4 weeks post-partum.
