Hi ladies,

I live near Quantico, so just barely NoVa (but not quite far enough to feel like a D.C. Nestie/Bumpie! This feels like the suburban middle of nowhere... I'm sort of jealous so many of you live in Richmond, that seems like a fun area). We're fairly recent transplants to the area.

 I've very newly pregnant (due in January) and don't know many expectant moms IRL, so I'm getting my fix online. :) I'm 27, work F/T at a crazy job, and have no idea what I'm going to do in the future - keep working, SAHM, work P/T from home if I'm lucky... we'll see!

 Looking forward to getting to know y'all better!

    Hi Pippa,

     Welcome to the area! :) I am in Fairfax County- so I am in Northern VA but dont feel too far from Quantico area. Congrats! I too am due in January and am currently 6 weeks. I am anxious for my first sonogram and also looking forward to meeting new and expectant moms. I also work full time and ideallly would LOVE to be a SAHM but think I am be working after the baby for financial reasons. This area is expensive! lol...We shall see, I am already researching options.

    I look forward to more interactions with you and hopefully we can coordinate a bumpies gtg.
