Class Action against Enfamil?

I am sorry if this was posted before but I haven't seen anything about this:

I received a post card in the mail describing a Class Action lawsuit against Enfamil.  I thought it was a scam but they provided a website and it seems legit:

Has anyone else received similar info?  I haven't read all of the details but it seems to be about their marketing of DHA and ARA.

    I've seen postings on TB about this - so could be legit.
