Strawberry Jam?

Does anyone have a recipe for Strawberry Jam they would be willing to share??

I always use the one on the back of the SureJell box (for no or less sugar/pink box) for freezer jam.  It works EVERY TIME!.

If you want a simple recipe, just take 2 parts fruit to 1 part sugar (by WEIGHT). Then add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice and cook down until desired thickness.

This recipe is generic for all berries. I used mullberries, but you can use strawberries. The recipe is simple and tastes great.

No, but I saw on a show once that a good way to sterilize your jars/lids is to put them in the oven (rather than washing/boiling/whatever).  Seemed ingenious to me!
